Emergency hosting tickets are generally answered within 5-15 minutes.Our support staff continuously looks for new tickets and answers them on a 24x7x365 day basis. When you open a new ticket, you will get a ticket confirmation number. If later you contact us by email or by phone, please keep this number handy.

General:

• Paying Hosting Fee: At the start of each billing cycle, our system emails customers an invoice with a link to pay their balance. However you have an option to make a payment of any amount at any time. You can do this by the following steps:
  1. Login to your Hosting Control Panel.
  2. Select Billing from menu.
  3. Select Billing Profile and go down on this page.
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay in the format 00.00
  5. Press select query button. This will take you to the payment site.
  6. After your payment is received, our billing department will credit it to your account.
• Register/Transfer your Domain: It is not necessary to register or transfer your domain to us in order to host it. We provide domain registration services as a convenience to our customers. To register your domain please visit http://www.genesiswebdomains.com. Domain registeration/transfer paid via 2Checkout will take 8-10 hrs. If you do not get a domain activation/transfer confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hrs after making payment, please contact billing@genesiswebstudio.com. If payment is made for a transfer of a domain and the transfer fails, the money stays in your Domain account which you can use later for further domain transactions.
• Login to your Domain Control Panel: Hosting and Domain services have two separate Control Panels with us. For Domain Control Panel visit http://www.genesiswebdomains.com. Your username is the email address that you used at the time of domain registration/transfer.
